About the Artist:

Amos Amit was born and raised in Israel on a farming community in the beautiful Galilee.

The lush beauty of Northern Israel inspired Amos' early artwork and that influence continues to this day. Amos moved to the United States in order to pursue a masters degree in landscape architecture. After that, it was an easy transition to living the life of a full-time artist. He has had the immense joy and privilege in the last 45 years of traveling throughout the United States to exhibit at the finest art shows. Throughout the years he has received numerous awards and recognition from the most prestigious exhibits. He is considered a leading batik artist in America.
