Set of 4 gorgeous Brighton Pavilion style chairs! These 6 legged vintage gems are constructed of bentwood rattan and feature exquisite details and chippendale fretwork. Named for the 1851 world’s fair in Brighton, England. Excellent construction, they are heavy! Eye-catching natural color differentiation giving lots of textural elements throughout the rattan, really beautiful in person. Each chair has been thoroughly cleaned and inspected.

The seats are additionally protected by a unique spiderweb design support underneath the seat frame. I have sold five sets of these Brighton chairs and never seen this seat support before, but it is so smart for the longevity of cane! There are some minor separations within the frame pieces and small nailholes, wear consistent with age & use. These are antique chairs, please zoom in to view all parts as this is part of the description. Also want to note that some portions of the rattan frames are darker/black. This is not from dirt, mold, paint, etc. It happens when they heat up the rattan poles in a fire in order to bend them. less
