Vibrant and contemplative, this limited edition screenprint by Latvian-American artist Ivars Hirss (1931–1989) captures his signature use of bold color and abstract expression. Titled “Former Dawning,” the composition features rich layers of fuchsia, cobalt, ochre, and moss green — a mesmerizing interplay of texture and tone that evokes both landscape and emotion.
