A deep chocoate mahogany patina is the best feature of this drop leaf table.which is in the Classical style. It is late 19th century, New England.
The rectangular top with straight edge and two hinged drop leaves have fly supports and squared corners over a frame fitted with single long drawer, raised on cylindrical ring-turned legs. This piece shows signs of age, with scratches and irregularities to the finish. But it is still stunning and elegant. The table is 29 inches high, 42 inches long, 34 inches wide (open).
