This set or series is comprised of 8-Pieces, a very large basket piece, that encapsulates all the pieces. A medium to large piece, which holds 3 organic-shaped forms, 2 of which do not hold or encapsulate any of the smaller glass basket-shapes, but a 3rd. one which, which holds 3 smaller forms. One of the smaller or the medium smaller form has the Artists universal signature Letters as close up image indicates herein.

This series was influence form some Indian Woven Baskets Dale had seen one, day and kept in the forefront of his mindset, that to reinterpret this in glass form, which infuses the organic quality from tactile woven forms and pieces, into glass format, such as this piece, as well as the ever evolving series from the C.1970's, 1980's 1990's and 2000's. The ONLY change(s), are with the color palette utilized in the process throughout these evolving seminal years of his ever-growing, creative process.

In great to excellent condition, the hand-blowing process is unique and singular during the process, and the larger basket thin, brown surround ring goes thinner in one area and disappears at a portion as some imagery may show, BUT no chips, cracks, nor flea bites to any f the collective pieces, as the Owners, have a personal relationship with Dale Chihuly and purchase all the pieces seen herein from him, during dinners and visits to his studio, they even have this amazing chandelier in their New Dining room, which has been transported From NYC, to The Hampton's and Palm Beach Island, and NOW in their NEW residence on palm Bech Island, Florida.
