Original Edo-period ukiyo-e woodblock print by Utagawa Toyokuni I (1769–1825), master of the Utagawa school.
Depicts a beautiful courtesan (bijin) in traditional attire, rendered in the refined okubi-e (large-head) style that Toyokuni pioneered around 1800.
Signed Toyokuni ga with publisher’s seal Kyōrinsai han.
Printed circa 1805 on handmade washi paper using natural pigments.
Excellent color and condition with archival framing under UV-protective glass.
