This desk is made … Read more We are pleased to offer this gorgeous antique French Louis XV secretary desk, from the 1890s.
This desk is made of Walnut & satinwood, featuring original marble top, one large dovetailed drawer on top & three large dovetailed drawers on the bottom, just in-between there is a flip down writing surface.
The interior is made of Birdseye maple, featuring original leather top writing surface, two small dovetailed drawers and a large cubbie.
All drawers with original handles, drawers are clean and it slides in and out smoothly.
Supported with four sturdy legs, decorated with bronze mounts and ending with bronze feet.
Completely restored ( Refinished Hand French Polish), very sturdy and in great condition.
Original marble top is in very good condition.
One original key is included.
