No … Read more This is a beautiful vintage, mid century pitcher with matching wash basin, both featuring clusters of grapes and leaves. No cracks, crazing or etc. The single flaw is a thin chip located underneath the wash basin bowl that you wouldn't notice unless examining the basin with it turned upside down (see 8th photo). The colors are all beautiful and crisp -- not sure the photos do justice to the colors of the grapes and leaves.

The measurements are shown in the photos. I would classify this as a medium (i.e., truly usable back in vintage times) size pitcher and basin -- NOT one of the reproductions that are typically made much smaller.

Even though measurements are provided, I will provide a few for efficiency in reviewing this item:
Basin measures 12 3/4" wide at its widest point, and stands about 3 1/2" tall at the rim. The pitcher has a maximum width at the spout and handle, and this width is about 9". Standing inside the bowl, the pitcher stands about 9 1/2" tall. The surface of the ceramic (or maybe it's porcelain? hard to tell the difference on this one) is in great condition, without any noticeable or significant smudges, etc. See less
