Step back into the mid-century era with this striking set of nine vintage Canonsburg Pottery “Temporama” plates, made in the U.S.A. between 1959 and 1965. Known for its atomic-age motifs in turquoise, mocha, and charcoal, the Temporama pattern captures the optimism and geometry of the Space Age.
Each plate features the iconic circular band of abstract shapes in blue and brown on creamy white ceramic, finished in Canonsburg’s durable Dura-Gloss glaze—advertised as oven-proof, detergent-proof, and made to last.
Two authentic Canonsburg backstamps appear within the set (both shown), reflecting different production runs from the same Pennsylvania factory.
