Add a striking architectural layer to your tablescape or bar collection with this grand vintage silverplate serving platter by Leonard Silver Manufacturing Co.
Dating to the mid-1970s, this impressive 15-inch round platter showcases a brilliantly reflective, high-polish finish. The flat interior surface features an intricately chased scrolling floral and foliage motif encompassing a blank central cartouche. The standout design feature is the elevated, elegant pierced (reticulated) rim framed with a crisp gadroon border, which allows the surface underneath to subtly peek through.
Original Packaging Included: This rare specimen comes completely housed in its original 1970s pictorial retail storage box. The graphic box features a classic mid-century holiday hosting vignette with champagne flutes, adding exceptional collector value, protection for seasonal storage, and an immediate "giftable heirloom" premium for weddings or housewarmings.
Substantial in weight and scale, this piece is spectacular for holiday serving, acting as an oversized bar tray, or standing upright as a decorative backdrop. The reverse side features a beautifully preserved, stamped "Leonard Silver" maker's mark with a crown, shield, and lion passant.
