Heavy earthenware in matte black with white and yellow lines in glossy glaze. Marked on the bottom. Length 13½, width 8 inches.This piece has a very satisfying sculptural form and the bold design is a stand-out. “Trio” line was produced from 1954 until 1958. A gallery favorite.
