Born in Germany in the Württembergische Metallwarenfabrik (WMF) during the last quarter of the 19th century, each of this exquisite pair of candelabras features a silver plated scrolling structure. Each piece showcases a cherub standing on one leg, his arms raised to lift the two bobèches meant to receive the candles. He is stepping on a delicate circular base with acanthus leaves, his body extending upwards in a graceful movement. Showing a great quality of design and execution, this pair of German Jugendstil candelabras circa 1885 will make for a great decorative addition to accentuate any living room or dining room. See less
