This square format cityscape features a view of Charleston, with its recognizable church steeple discreetly evoked in the background, while two red busses on the left of the composition provide the perfect accentuation to the rather soft palette of the ensemble. The scene is peaceful and perfectly captures the essence of Charleston. Set inside a simple floater frame, this painting is signed lower right.
