This unusual French wicker trunk is built with multiple wood supports, sturdy wicker, a canvas cover and heavy rope handles, Original hinges and locks remain, all in good vintage condition. If I were keeping this, I would probably remove the canvas and hand wash before replacing it. But leaving that option to the new owner. Its original purpose is up for debate but likely for travel or transport. Great graphic on the attached placards.
