Originally a carved wooden fragment, likely from an architectural or ecclesiastical element, the lamp base features a fluted shaft, acanthus-inspired detailing, and a square plinth raised on bun feet. Traces of original polychrome and gilding peek through the distressed finish, lending a romantic, layered character that speaks to its age and provenance. Paired with a wide linen shade, this lamp effortlessly blends rustic charm with historical refinement—ideal for adding a touch of antique soul to traditional or collected interiors See less
