This Polish made lead crystal is both cut and etched with foil sticker on bottom. Floral design in midsection is etched. The top and bottom is cut glass design. The golden stand has three legs for paperweight rest in the middle. The beautiful paperweight can sit on its own or be placed on stand. Sullivans home decor imports started in 1968 and has grown over time. Measures crystal paperweight 3 3/4"H x 2 3/4"D stand 1 1/2"H x 2 1/2"
