This outstanding Murano glass chandelier was realized in Murano, Italy- the island off the coast of Venice renowned for centuries for its superlative glass production. It features numerous translucent barbell shaped Murano glass shades hanging in a honeycomb formation. The shades are produced using the highest quality Murano glass rendered in a clear & Opalescent finish with a polished brass rod and canopy. This chandelier is as stunning as it is versatile, blending seamlessly with virtually any style of decor from Classic Mid-Century Modern to contemporary. It can be displayed flush to the ceiling or as a pendant. It accommodates eight Edison Based bulbs offering 800 watts of light. The chandelier has been newly rewired to American standards and is in excellent condition. The height can be adjusted to suit.
