Space age sputnik chandelier with exposed filament bulbs.
This striking chandelier embodies the atomic-and-space-age aesthetics of the 1950s and 60s, with a bold sputnik-style form that radiates light in every direction. The fixture features a central orb from which extend multiple brass-toned arms, each terminating in a glowing exposed filament bulb. With its balanced geometry and warm industrial finish, this piece captures the optimism and futurism of the postwar modernist movement. Likely inspired by iconic designs from pioneers like Gino Sarfatti or Stilnovo, it brings sculptural drama and vintage elegance to any space. Takes candelabra bulbs (included).
Lamp has original wiring, and works as shown in photos. Exhibits patination/tarnish throughout.
