A terrestrial/aquatic dragon rises from stylized waves while a celestial dragon descends from fungus whorl clouds with two flaming pearls in the plain areas of this black on black Art Deco carpet. Often in Chinese art the dragons contend for the pearls. Accents in greys, cream, salmon-buff and straw. Good condition.
