This antique architectural fragment from France has been hand-carved of limestone, featuring a circular-shaped center surrounded, encircled by four fleur de lis designs carved about the perimeter. The piece is nicely presented upon on a custom black iron base. The stone has a fabulous patina with weathering, and some areas of wear and slight losses, showing it's rich history and prior use. The depth of the stone is approximately 5.5 inches thick, and the iron base is 12" x 14".
