Vintage White Eagle Bookends - a Pair by Italian Sculptor A. Giannelli
This fine pair of vintage white eagle bookends has beautifully detailed feathers and talons. Each sits on an attached black base. On the underside of each base is a gold sticker: "Made in Italy."
This pair of eagles make a handsome addition to any bookshelf or desk and would make a wonderful gift.
Made by the well-known Italian sculptor, A. Giannell. Both pieces are signed on the back with the date - 1975.
Sculpted in alabaster resin. In excellent condition.
