The chairs are attributed to Jules Leleu, and display the clean architectural lines, balanced proportions, and restrained ornamentation characteristic of Parisian Art Deco seating of the period.Each chair is crafted in mahogany with tapered front legs accented by original brass rings detailed with a leaf motif, terminating in brass sabots. The rear legs sweep subtly outward, creating a poised, slightly splayed profile that gives the set both elegance and stability.The frames have been structurally revised in our workshop and gently polished to refresh the surface while preserving the natural warmth and character of the wood. The seats and backs retain their original olive-green velvet upholstery, finished with a hand-sewn woven braid trim that crisply outlines each form and reinforces the graphic silhouette. A well-balanced and sophisticated set, suitable for everyday dining while equally at home in a more decorative or formal setting.
