It has spent it's entire life as a show piece in an upscale home located in the much understated, and underestimated Mid-West.
These pieces retain their value. And, to find a piece like this, with original upholstery which is in such amazing condition and in such a classic and timeless color, only helps to hold it's value. Especially as more and more of these wonderful works of art are being re-done to match modern tastes. Leaving the few remaining pieces which are in original condition more and more rare.
A glamorous 1990s three-piece serpentine sectional sofa. The sectional is covered in a classic felted mossy green fabric, which is durable and forgiving. Graciously swooping curves invite you to curl up on this super comfortable work of art! Inspired, no doubt, by Vladimir Kagan's inspirational mid century designs. And, amped up by small tweeks that echo the late 1980's and early 1990's, this sofa demonstrate's why it's predecessors made such waves. This piece is just begging to be a statement piece again, instead of locked away where no one sees it!
