It consists of a bronze frame and three (3) grooved wooden shelves (for displaying porcelain plates). Superb quality Hollywood Regency example, made in Italian / French style of twisted rope and tassels. Versatile piece, as tassels on the bottom are actually feet of the shelf, should you wish to use it on the floor, rather than hanging it. If hanging, it mounts on two screws on top shelf, and two additional ones on the bottom for safer hanging. Shelf is in good condition, shows some age / use wear (please see photos). Size is great to fit anywhere at 46.75" in height, 24" wide and 6" deep (each shelf is 24" x 6"). Simply fantastic, will mesh with any traditional or modern setting! See less
