We are selling this attractive Chinese Chinoiserie Tea Caddy. This tea caddy has gilt lacquer decoration of garden scenes on all sides. The interior has original fitted pewter tea holders. The tea caddy probably dates to the late 19th century and came from an 18th century house in New York .
Condition: Some damages and losses to the lacquer and the box with wear to the gold highlights.
