Surrounded by textured vegetation and partial forelegs, the boar’s face is well-detailed, with visible fur bristles and expressive eyes. The bronze has a great patina, with traces of verdigris dotting the golden metal. In addition to being a sculptural wall mount or a lamp base, our gilt bronze boar can also be presented as a decorative “trophy” in a library or living room. See less
