The … Read more This French Art Deco elm wood bar cabinet circa 1930 has incredible character with exceptional detailing and functional elements. The cabinet is elegantly proportioned and expertly handcrafted from walnut wood and Carpathian elm burl with distinctive wood grain patterning. The top drop-down mechanical door both lifts and extends out to a full upper bar with wooden bottle rack, metal clamps and fittings, mirrored back and prep surface and interior light. The center drawer holds original felt-lined silverware trays and lower cabinet opens on additional storage with a fixed wooden shelf and additional accessories, including metal bottle shelf, hanging towel bar and bottle opener. All original nickel-plated handle pulls and hardware fittings throughout. This collectible and functional bar cabinet is from the collection of Samuel Botero and Emery Von Sztankoczy. Botero was an A-list interior designer and tastemaker. The perfect showpiece for home or office.

CONDITION
Very good vintage condition with wear consistent with age and use and a perfectly aged antique appearance with incredible natural patina. Interior lights not tested and possibly later additions. No keys present.
