By creating layered mixed media paintings, Niederhauser breathes new life into carefully selected papers, transforming them into enchanting works of art using gouache, acrylic, and oil paint on canvas. She seeks to share her large figurative works as a “diary written in colors” with communicative forms and conjunctive lines, expressing her personal experiences and the world she inhabits.
