It belonged to her mother, and she brought it from Wisconsin to California as a favored heirloom.

The drop-leaf extending D-ended top sits above a plain frieze on ring-turned baluster legs with steel castors. It is quite sturdy and easily maneuverable. The iron hardware for raising and lowering the two leaves is original.

The table easily comes apart and is extendable with leaf inserts. The surface patina adds to the charm and warmth (see images).

It comes with an old silencer (possibly original) that fits the table with both leaves extended and no inserts. It has a slight tear (see image).
