Vintage 20th-century stool featuring a wood frame, aged leather with nailhead trim, and a vintage needlepoint seat.
The deep patina of the leather and subtle wear add to its appeal.
Visible stains, scuffs, impressions and worn self-binding trim reveal the cord beneath, and the needlepoint seat shows light discoloration. The stool remains sturdy and ready for use; reupholstery can be done at the buyer’s discretion. The design reflects the influence of Otto Schulz, seen in the nailhead patterning and use of leather.
