Having handmade etched decoration with wonderful deep grooves and incredibly accurate natural feet perfectly created much like a real moving tortoise . An heirloom in solid sterling silver, very lifelike ( when this museum treasure is simply placed on a table it feels like the turtle is about to move slowly across, it has motion with a head showing an expression, see images ) .
