This gorgeous Chinese lacquered screen is intricately carved with stones and mother of pearl featuring birds, peaches, peonies and other types of flowers. Each panel is encased in curved profile framework with mother of pearl patterned inlay alternating with hand painted pin stripes and artwork. The reverse side has delicate gilt Lilies over a black ground. The screen can be displayed flat against a wall or in a curved ark standing on its own, making this a stunning statement piece.
