Up for sale is a magnificent vintage Chinese Wood Carved Tieguai Li Statuary. It is all hand made and hand carved from boxwood. According to legend, after Tieguai Li becoming an immortal, he specialized in pharmacology and made an ointment specially designed to treat rheumatism and bone pain. He benefited the countryside and saved all human beings. He was deeply supported by the people and was named the "King of Medicine". Among the Eight Immortals, Tieguai Li is the oldest and most senior. According to folklore, he is the first of the Eight Immortals. You can see from the pictures that it is in many years history with some age wears other than that it is in very good vintage condition.
