This piece would … Read more A California Pottery Blue Porcelain Iridescent Candy Dish Bowl by Madeline, United States, c. Mid 20th Century. This piece would look exceptional while on display in an array of interior styles. It would look great used as a candy dish on an end table or shown as a centerpiece. The unusually kidney-like shape looks great from all angles. The porcelain shows a high glossed glaze accompanied by iridescent blue gradients and motifs throughout. One side of the piece shows an embossed ripple texture which truly adds depth to this piece. The backside includes a felted bottom rim and is marked "Madeline Originals California Made in USA".
