Black and brass “Sight Light” desk lamp designed by Leroy Doane in the 1950s for the M.G. Wheeler Co. The lamp features a swiveling base. The shielded lighting makes it also known as a “flying saucer” lamp.
The black paint is done in a leather look and forms a nice contrast against the shiny brass.
In excellent condition and a great example of space age lighting.
The original brand marks are not only present, but not damaged or faded.
