The print is in very good condition, not examined out of the frame. There is very faint toning visible in the margins with the outer edges of the margins very slightly lighter than the image and close part of the margins. Please see pictures. The mat is in very good condition. The frame is in fair condition with a number of faint scratches. It goes well with the print.

Leticia Tarrago was born in 1940 in Orizaba, Veracruz, and lives in Mexico City. She studied at La Esmeraida, The Academy of Plastic Arts in Mexico City. She also spent time at The Advanced Graphic Art Studio with Guillermo Silva. She later studied in Warsaw, Poland, with several of the leading Polish graphic artists. Her works have been shown in exhibitions at the University of Puerto Rico, the Salon de la Plastica Mexicana in Mexico City, the Salon Debiutow in Warsaw, Poland, and the Museum of Modern Art in Tel-Aviv. In 1967, she won the National Engraving Prize of Mexico. See less
