It is signed and dated at the lower right corner by the artist. The artwork (image) size is 13 x 17.5 inches, framed size is 21.75 x 25.25 inches. Custom framed in original wooden gold frame, with light brown matting. It is in excellent condition, the frame have small minor restorations, barely visible.

About the artist:

Jim Jones was a Dallas, Texas based landscape painter who began his artistic studies as an undergraduate at Rice University in Houston. He went on to paint alongside notable artists Bud Biggs, Robert Wood, John Pike, and Edgar A. Whitney, and became a member of the Southwestern Watercolor Society and the North Texas Watercolor Society. See less
