this rare and monumental model (approx. 170 cm high) features a striking alternation of lacquered black arches and golden metallic spheres, creating a rhythm of geometry, reflection and shadow characteristic of chatain’s work.

the composition forms a vertical totem of light — halfway between art object and functional design — and perfectly embodies the postmodern french aesthetic of the late 20th century, echoing the creations of pierre cardin, romeo rega and willy rizzo.

completed with a large black cylindrical lampshade, the piece radiates elegance and sculptural presence.
