Colizza. Each piece follows the sculptural language of mid-century design, infused with subtle art deco geometry and proportion. This particular colossi vase is executed in antique rose solid glass (massiccio), enriched with 24k gold leaf encased within the molten material prior to blowing and hand shaping. Nine substantial black rosettes are hot-applied to the body, complemented by a matching solid glass base, giving the form an imposing yet balanced presence. The surface carries a delicate platinum-iridescent finish that gently plays against the darker applications, creating depth and luminosity. The resulting work embodies refined craftsmanship and decorative boldness—an ideal statement piece within both deco-inspired and mid-century interiors. Developed in collaboration with maestro e.
