Gorgeous swirl cocoon pendant in the style of Castiglioni but most likely by renowned German cocoon lamp maker Goldkant. Finding these cocoon lamps in this shape are rare ( most cocoons are round ) and in this condition also difficult to find, no rips, tears or cuts but just the usual aging spots as can be seen in the pics. This lamp has been refitted with a bronze eaton fitting ( general E27 lightbulb ) and has been rewired, the original ceiling cap is still there. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
issues arising from misattribution,
