porcelain tureen from the schönwald form 511 series, designed by löffelhardt in the 1950s for porzellanfabrik schönwald. This model is a true classic of postwar modernism — featuring a geometric, slightly conical shape, delicate handles, and a lid with a distinctive knob.
the form 511 series, designed in 1957 and awarded the gold medal at the xi triennale di milano, is now regarded as an icon of german functional design in the spirit of the “gute form” philosophy. The presented piece is decorated with a blue geometric motif, characteristic of the “adria” version. This piece has an attribution mark,
