Vintage Scandinavian freestanding birch desk with a steel frame and double drawer block, designed by Mücke & Melder in the 1930s.

The desk is very heavy and very large.
Several people are required for delivery, ideally four.
The desk is made of solid wood with a steel frame and weighs more than 80 kg.
Elegant Scandinavian desk from the 1930s designed by Mücke & Melder, with a chromed tubular steel frame and birch components. It features two lateral drawer blocks with steel handles that, at the back, transform into two cabinets with doors and internal shelves. The top features two pull-out shelves, useful for additional support. The overall design combines functionality and formal rigor, reflecting the rationalist taste and construction innovation of the era.
