The finely crafted basket structure and the artfully curved handle with floral Art Nouveau ornamentation give this piece an exceptionally refined appearance. The bowl rests on small ball feet, which lends it an elegant lightness. The glass insert is clean and undamaged, and the silver plating displays a charming, even patina – exactly the kind of appeal that Art Nouveau lovers appreciate so much. This Art Nouveau bowl is ideal as a candy bowl, fruit bowl, or decorative collector's item. Due to its material, age, and quality, it is also a fine example of sustainable craftsmanship with potential for increased value. See less
