Beautiful Pastoe sideboard designed by Cees Braakman in 1952. Cees Braakman designed this sideboard in the Oak series and has the model name DE02. A series of furniture that was intended to be the transition from the heavy oak pre-war furniture to the new post-war modern era, completely in line with the "good living" philosophy. He drew his inspiration from American design. In particular, the use of plywood for the dust-resistant drawers was far ahead of its time in Europe. The minimalist design with a nod to the past is a beautiful reflection of the times. The sideboard is 190 cm wide, 48.5 cm deep and 86.5 cm high. This piece has an attribution mark,
