This is a Chinese decorative vintage wood washbowl basin stand. It is in a square shape open base and a dragon carving accent panel as the rack. There is a mirror at the rack and a small drawer for storage. Suggest having a pot on the square base to balance the rack since the top is heavier - to prevent flipping backward.
