  • "Susan B.: I am not able to see your email address, but I requested for Chairish Support to email you the additional photos. I hope it helps! Let me know that you received them. Thank you for looking :)"

    Sept. 2, 2016, 1:39 p.m.

  • "Bruce T.: Hi Bruce! The 5 pillows are down feather and the 2 seat cushions appear to be a foam cushion material (sorry to not be more specific!). The pillows are soft but the seat cushions are more of a medium firmness."

    Sept. 2, 2016, 10:32 a.m.

  • "Hello -- What are the cushions made of? Soft? Or hard?"

    Sept. 2, 2016, 10:24 a.m.

  • "Susan B.: Hi! The seat height is 16 inches. I just emailed Chairish with close up photos to send to you. Thanks!"

    Sept. 2, 2016, 10:17 a.m.

  • "I inadvertently gave you the wrong email address. the correct address is registered with Chairish."

    Sept. 2, 2016, 9:14 a.m.

  • "Susan B.: "Please tell me seat height. Is $3250 the current offer? Can you send close up photos of the snags? I am seriously interested.""

    Sept. 2, 2016, 8:55 a.m.

  • "Please tell me seat height. Is $3250 the current offer? Can you send close up photos of the snags? I am seriously interested."

    Sept. 2, 2016, 8:36 a.m.

  • "Barbara D.: And lastly, if you are interested in also having the Room and Board cowhide ottoman shipped with it, I can have Chairish post a picture of the items together (or you can see them pictured together on Krrb). Chairish had recommended not to picture them together here. just an FYI!"

    Sept. 1, 2016, 12:39 p.m.

  • "Barbara D.: You're Welcome! :) Happy to help - let me know if you have any other questions!"

    Sept. 1, 2016, 12:15 p.m.

  • "THANK YOU so much for this information . I am asking my Interior Decorator what she thinks and I am taping the dimensions on my floor to see how the size looks! Ill let you know as soon as possible. Thanks"

    Sept. 1, 2016, 11:18 a.m.

  • "Barbara D.: I hope that breakdown helps. Overall, it is apparent that the sofa is not new. It has minor wear throughout with snags on the cushions and seat but remains in a very desirable condition. (I also have extra couple yardage of Glant Fabric in case you choose to do the cushions at any point)"

    Sept. 1, 2016, 10:21 a.m.

  • "Barbara D.: Hi! For a 4-5 year sofa, it's in excellent shape. I have been very careful with it. Here's a breakdown by part: Pillows have some light snags (Condition: Very Good); Frame/body has small snags along one corner (Condition: Excellent); Large Seat Cushion has minor stains/no major stains (Condition: Very Good); Small Seat Cushion was re-upholstered but I only use the original to sit on (Condition: Like New!); Walnut Console is pristine (Condition: Excellent)."

    Sept. 1, 2016, 10:17 a.m.

  • "Good morning Susan, I love this sectional/console. When you say that the Condition is GOOD ( as compared to some that say excellent etc), would you please expand on why this is good as compared to excellent. What makes it GOOD? A more detailed description, honestly, would be most helpful. I live in Austin, TX so this would be a considered decision, but it really is a great piece. Thanks so much!"

  • "Juli L.: no problem!"

    July 15, 2016, 3:58 p.m.

  • "Susan T.: Thanks so much, Susan."

    July 15, 2016, 8:01 a.m.

  • "Juli L.: Hi! The order was placed in 2011 but I do not know which of those three categories it falls into - Our dealer only marketed Vioski as being an eco-friendly U.S. based manufacturer but did not provide us with specific options as such for the Shea. Perhaps those options were not available back then. I checked the invoice and it does not specify."

    July 14, 2016, 10:22 a.m.

  • "Hi - Can you tell me please the year you purchased, and whether is it the Standard Model, Eco-Friendly Model, or Fully Organic Model? Thank you."

    July 13, 2016, 8:11 p.m.

  • "Jacey W.: Hi! Yep, that's correct - all three of the pieces (console, sofa and side loveseat) can be separated as individual pieces, each with it's own legs. I have not used anything to hold the pieces together. I had the fabric professionally scotch guarded initially, but since that was back in 2012, I'd advise getting that done again!"

    June 29, 2016, 6:33 p.m.

  • "Hello, Could the two sections of this piece be separated and used independently of each other? Also, do they connect mechanically (some kind of hook or clip) to keep the two pieces from shifting apart? Has the fabric been scotch guarded or is there any reason it couldn't be? Thank you, Jacey W"
