The focal point of the bracelet is a delicate oval with the initials NJH in an Art Nouveau font, encrusted with bead set diamonds and milgrain work. On either side of the monogram is a large cushion cut Old Mine Cut diamond, with milgrain work that continues throughout the piece. The bracelet is balanced by six articulated sections that hold two single cut diamonds each. The segmentation allows the bracelet to flow, and the monogram plaque has a subtle curve that lets it lay smoothly against the wrist—the result is a graceful, clean line of sparkle. The rest of the bracelet is made up of two side by side tiny curb link chains.

We like to think the letters “NJH” stand for “not joking here!” but you can come up with an acronym that is perfect for you. The design of the monogram is so beautiful that, even if these aren’t your initials, the beauty of the piece surpasses the need to identify with the letters themselves. We love the elegant, sweeping font, which reminds us of the Metropolitan signs on the Paris subway system.

The bracelet contains 87 natural antique diamonds that range in size, color, and clarity, for a TCW of approximately 1.6 carats. The two larger Old Mine Cut diamonds are 4.5 x 4 mm cushion cuts. The monogram contains 61 diamonds, mainly single cuts with a few Old Mine Cuts sprinkled throughout, ranging in size from 1.25 - 2 mm. The segmented section of the bracelet contains 24 single cut diamonds.

The bracelet weigh 5.55 grams and fits a 6 5/8” wrist. The oval monogram measures 5/8” x 7/8”. The narrow part of the bracelet measures 3/16”. The piece is unmarked but acid tests as 10k gold. We added a larger jump ring that is marked as 14k gold. See less
