This Nature Morte painting has all the Classic attributes or a masterpiece showing various game animals such as deer, rabbit, duck, snipes, pigeon and a dove. It also have various cabbage and vegetables all atop a butchers table.

The painting is artist signed lower right corner; though it is not completely legible; UV three-light shows greater detail and something may come of it with further examination. It is also dater "vers 1742-1744" meaning the painting spanned two years in the painters atelier "between 1742-1744". A very strong painting.

Recently framed in a beautiful complimentary solid wood quality frame and ready to hang!
