A shiny silver-plated hand mirror and dresser box with elaborate designs of birds and flowers that were expertly crafted by hand.
The designs on the mirror are deeply worked with bead edges, and it has considerable weight. The box is octagonal and also very deeply worked around the outside. The lid is pierced and attached with a pin hinge.
Neither piece has any hallmarks or labels.
MEASUREMENTS
Mirror – 8 in (20.3 cm) long x 4 in (10.2 cm) wide.
Box – 3 ¾ in (9.5 cm) x 3 ¾ in (9.5 cm) x 1 ¾ in (4.4 cm) tall.

CONDITION
There are no breaks, dents, cracks, or repairs to either piece. Both pieces have some silver wear but still have a good shine. The inside of the box is generally in very good condition, except for a round discoloration. The base shows wear from movement on a surface.
