This incredible large scale ceramic tile mural depicting a Japanese Geisha with a collection of golden brass like hats cascading from her hands. is just breathtaking.
There are approximately 20 stunning individual tiles puzzled together and mounted on a beautiful rosewood panel background with brass inlay trim and a solid wood frame.
The colors and carvings are exquisite and this piece is incredibly heavy.
It is signed on the lower right tile “Irina”.
Irina Lorin was a Russian born artist whom before starting her ceramic studio in Los Angeles worked Edith Head and Madame Karinska accessorizing major motion pictures and later worked with Karinska costuming the New York Ballet.

This piece will be treasured for years to come and is truly incredibly special in size and design.
